5 at Home Vaginal Rejuvenation Tips

Tip #1

Kegels

Kegels strengthen your pelvic floor, and incorporating them into your workout routine will do wonders for your vagina. You can do kegel exercises discreetly just about any time, and no one will even know. I am doing them right now. 

Here is how to do them right:

  1. Find the right muscles. Next time you are sitting on the toilet, stop your urination midstream. Congratulations! You just found your pelvic floor muscles. Once you've identified your pelvic floor muscles, you can do the exercises in any position, although you might find it easier to do them lying down at first.
  2. Perfect your technique. Practice makes perfect! Try squeezing for three seconds at a time, then relax for a count of three and repeat.
  3. Maintain your focus.  Focus on tightening only your pelvic floor muscles without flexing the muscles in your abdomen, thighs, or buttocks. Remember to breathe. Avoid holding your breath and try to breathe freely during your exercises.
  4. Repeat every day. Aim for three sets of 10 to 15 repetitions a day.

Tip #2

STOP using scented vaginal Products.

Scented tampons and body washes disrupt the delicate pH of your vagina. It becomes a vicious cycle when women try to treat odor with products that make it worse.

Sleep naked

Let your beautiful vagina breathe. Just like any other part of your body, your yoni needs fresh air. This can make a world of difference if you struggle with regular yeast infections. If you are super opposed to sleeping naked, try a loose-fitting silk nightgown and ditch the underwear.

Have more orgasms
